If something happened tomorrow, would your family find what they need?
Kinzah helps Muslim families prepare with printable starter materials and a planned nine-section family Vault. The private online Vault is not yet available; its security requirements are being defined before it can hold sensitive family records.
Three starter templates
Start with any one. Use the others when you are ready.
Kinzah opens as three printable, complementary templates. Each one is the calm answer to a different weekend conversation. Use one, two, or all three together.
- Template 01
Muslim Family Emergency Folder
A printable folder and a calm set of templates you can fill in at the kitchen table. The first hour, the first phone call, the first grab from a drawer.

Islamic Estate Preparation Checklist
A guided workbook for Faraid awareness, wasiyyah drafting, and the conversations every family should have once — together, on the same page.

Document Inventory
A section-by-section inventory covering nikah, IDs, assets, debts, children and digital legacy — so the right paper is in the right drawer.

Nine organised sections
Whatever tomorrow brings, your family will know where to look.
The planned online Vault is organised around these nine sections. Families should be able to choose what to include and what to leave blank; private storage will not open until its safeguards are implemented and verified.
- Section 01
My Emergency Plan
The annual Islamic family planning workbook: who to call, where to go, what to grab first.
- Section 02
My Family
Parents, children, dependants — with school and medical details ready when they are needed.
- Section 03
My Documents
Nikah, certificates, IDs — the foundational records, organised and easy to find.
- Section 04
My Assets
Property, vehicles, businesses, investments — a clear inventory of what is in your name.
- Section 05
My Debts
Liabilities and obligations, so nothing is overlooked and accounts are not owed interest.
- Section 06
My Zakat
Year-on-year worksheets, nisab thresholds, and the calculation history to share with your imam or scholar.
- Section 07
My Wasiyyah
Islamic estate notes alongside Faraid awareness, prepared for qualified religious and legal review.
- Section 08
My Children's Information
School, medical, allergies, guardians — the things a caregiver would need to know tomorrow.
- Section 09
My Digital Legacy
A planned inventory of email, banking, cloud and social accounts with safe recovery guidance — not passwords or access codes.
The longer view
From a folder to a MuslimOS.
Kinzah is the first brick. Behind it sits the wider MuslimOS ecology — family, finance, Zakat, estate, education, mosques and community — with local workflows and scholar and solicitor review planned for relevant religious and legal material.

Privacy by design
Your family’s information should never feel exposed.
Kinzah currently offers printable starter materials and a waitlist. The nine-section online Vault is planned, but it is not open for private documents or family records. Encryption, key management, authentication, family permissions, private-file access, and content review are design requirements; they are not protections we claim are implemented or assured today.
Joining the waitlist stores the email address you submit. The current signup does not create a Vault account or accept family documents. The confirmation page links to the starter PDFs. For a question or a request about a waitlist address, contact kinzah@polsia.app.
Begin tonight
One email is the whole first step.
Ask for the Muslim Family Emergency Folder and we will send it through. No login. No payment. The folder brings the conversation home.
